Complaint regarding refund from Amazon seller

I had purchased a item from Amazon on 13 April 16. Order no 403-3292061-0585939. I recieved wrong product and I placed return request on 25 April. Seller contact me and told to cancel request and change the reason and place again . I had done that on same day . After 2 day again seller contact me and told same . I had done that also on 29 April. This time they accept return it. The day was to picking up 4 May 16. No one came to take that item. I had tried to contact to seller but they did not respond. Again I contact to Amazon on 25. They told me same story to cancel and place it again . I had done that also . But now they telling that you have to place return order within 6 days to receive the item . Sir firstly I had done that in within 6 days .
