Complaint regarding refund from Amazon

I have order WD 4TB MY CLOUD HARDDISK from My Order id : 171-9067874-8504303 ON 9/11/2015 they given used already 1 year back registered product, so i have requested for replacement on sane day when i receive the product on dt:15/11/2015 also conform with amazon chat agent they suggested me to try again they will send me new same product.
after 2 or 3 days i got massage they sending me a cheque even i told that give me item or refund on my bank account by NEFT then also they process for cheque. After that they give me commitment that i’ll receive check on 24/11/2015 morning but on that day i don’t receive cheque then i wait for next day even i call on 25/11/2015 to them agent they tell sorry for wrong information you will receive cheque on 27/11/2015 by today but still nothing happen. so i have talk with amazon agent they given me again new date but don’t give me detail for courier.

I have proof for every thing like mails our talk recording our chat history mail.
