I have placed a grocery order on 7-Apr-2016 and prepaid it using mobikwik wallet. My order id is AG001252937. They have confirmed it on next day. But on 9th Apr, they have cancelled my order due to non-availability of products at their end. I have requested them to refund my money. They assured me that they have initiated refund and refund ID:186712528. But 13 days have passed, I have not got my refund in mobikwik wallet. They keep resolving ticket every time and always give me false assurance that it would be refunded within 7-10 days. My ticket ID is #8475 in AskMeGrocery.com. Please take necessary steps to refund my money.
