Complaint regarding refund from Axis Bank

I’ve made a Transaction a Year ago via IMPS. By mistake i entered the wrong account i’ve entered. Fortunately Because that account Number has no holder Bank has put my money on hold in their account. I Put a CRF in My local Branch, they said that your Money will be refunded in 4 working days. Though, they did not give me a solution and again and again they make me to visit their branch. I did it for 12 months.
One day when i went to my Axis bank they told me that My CRF has been closed and we can not refund your Money (Said by Representative there).
