On 04/05/2016 I had made a policy renewal premium to bajaj allianz for my car Hyundai Xcent. Against the payment made by me no policy generated immediately within 2 min i get call from Customer care of bajaj allianz, person named Sxxxxxxr insisted me for repayment for a fresh policy stating previous payment will be credited within 48 hrs. I made the payment and policy generated successfully for the amount of Rs12000/-, but from 06/05/2016 till date continously only mail and phone calls i am getting. I have not received any payment till now. Please look into this matter as number of mails i have given to Bajaj Allianz websales team but till date no success i get.
