I have booked a flat in Duhai, Ghajiabad, UP with Bliss Infra tech on 9 July 12. The builder has taken nearly 3.5 lakh as a preliminary amount and another 8 lakh through bank loan by managing the Br. Manager of the Corporation bank. The builder did not built even a brick on the proposed site and presently the site is sealed by GDA. After repeated queries and request he didn’t refund a penny. On the other hand after making a complaints an amount of Rs. 800000 appx is being refunded by the bank. Hence the balance amount of nearly Rs. 500000 /-with applicable bank interest may be refunded to me.
