Complaint regarding refund from Club Factory

I have purchased 4 items through online by club factory. After receiving the items, found one item is big size, so we processed to return and item cost is inr 453.77 which return I’d is SON18031807344697999. I have paid inr 1933.08 through SBI internet banking. Order no SO 14600562 paid date 04 March 18. For query, when we called to club factory Mr sxxxxxu kxxxxxr. He asked me to give debit or credit card details. Since I have paid through net banking and as per rule money should be refunded on same channel by which initial payment has made. When I refused to give detail, he started abusing me. I am complaining due to bad behavior by company & not refunding money. Please take action as per the rule constituted by govt of India.
