Complaint regarding refund from Crazy Travelers

I had book dormitory room through Crazy travelers pvt Ltd.for tuljapur, maharastra on 21st Oct 17 & paid the amount of 1848 Rs. through NEFT on 13th Oct.17 but after paying the amount they did not book the room & no responce though mail & mobile. after continous fallow up though mail they agreed to refund the payment but still date they have not refunded.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
