I booked a flat and cancelled. I waited for more than four month for the post dated refund cheque to clear which they say It is their company’s policy to get your booking cancellation amount. I visited the bank and got a reason that cheque will not process due to “Insufficient amount” in account. I also visited builder branch and they are giving all bluff comments and didnt gave me new cheque.
I have booking form (no. 20781), cancellation letter, bounced cheque (cheque no. 217421) amount Rs. 98000, SBI Bank – Sector 2 – HSR Layout Branch, Bangalore, Also memo letter from bank having comment as “reason: Insufficient Amount”
