Mr. Umesh Yawalkar of Pune(info(at)smrtec.com) had posted a complaint with the Forum in connection with his dispute with ICICI Bank credit card account. Damaged air cooler from PayTM – Rs.7599/- : Mr. Abhishek Verma of Nagawara, Bangalore 560077 placed an order for a Symphony air cooler with PayTM on 31st March 2017 but received a broken piece. Ms. Sudeshna Mukherjee of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh placed orders for bed, wardrobe, side table on 06-10-2012. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. She posted her complaint with ICF on 25-02-2013 and the matter was taken up with Housefull. Finally, Ms. Mukherjee got her money back by 16-04-2013.

Non-delivery by industrybuying.com – Rs.1,833/-: Mr. Ankur Saraf of Indore, Madhya Pradesh ordered Sony Headphones MDR450AP from the site industrybuying.com on 16-08-2015. Since then the company did not provide any kind of confirmation regarding Shipping or Delivery details either on cellphone or on mails. The company was not responding. Mr. Saraf posted his complaint with ICF on 18-08-2015 and the same was taken up with the Company and Mr. Saraf got the product by 26-08-2015.

Refund from Paytm – Rs.350/-: Mr. Sanjoy Mohanty of Rourkela, Odisha purchased a wireless mouse from paytm on 24/12/2014 having order no 702357755 but found it was a defective one. He requested Paytm for replacement but Paytm on 20-01-2015 and the issue was resolved. The customer got his money back on 23-01-2015.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
