I had placed an order with www.elitify.com – order #78870 on 21 June 2016 which was cancelled due to non availability of products within 2 days. I had requested for a refund of my money, to which they had said would take 10-14 days.
I had been exchanging emails with them telling them that I haven’t received any refund even after the stated time however they kept giving excuses such as issues with the payment gateway or that they had been shifting their office and that the amount would be refunded soon.
It has been over 8 weeks now, and there has been no refund. They have even stopped answering the emails. The customer care number of the website is also not functioning. Please help me get my refund back ASAP.
