Complaint regarding refund from

I placed an order (Order No. 72193) with the shopping website – on 4th Dec, 2015 for a gift set worth Rs. 8589 rupees to be delivered to a friend which never arrived.

They then sent me an email on 13th Jan stating they can’t procure the item and will give me either store credit or a refund, I opted for a refund and have been waiting since then.

They have stopped replying to my emails and their last email stated I will get my refund in 2 weeks time but its been 3 weeks now.

Please help, worried that my hard earned money has been stolen!
