Complaint regarding refund from Flipkart

I have placed an order on Flipkart.com on Sept 22nd 2017 which contains 2 nos of Redmi 4A mobile phone.The order was placed successfully and Rs.12598 was deducted from my SBI card. But after 2 minutes i got a message saying order has been cancelled due to some product unavailable due to high demand . When i check in my order list it was shown refund was successfully completed and it will credit back to my account by Oct 3rd. But till now I didn’t got the refund. I contacted them on Oct 3rd itself then they asked me to contact the bank and gave me reference id for the refund. According to the information i contacted my bank and they said no such refund transaction ID is present in their system. I contacted them again and they told they have escalated the issue and i will get resolution by Oct 10th and their team will be contacting me by 10th Oct, but anyone neither contacted me nor i got the refund. then i again call them back they told there is no update from their concerned team. and again said their team will be contacting me in 24hrs. I waited for another 48hrs but no communication till now. Whenever i call them they keep telling “No update from team” and “Our team will be contcating u soon”. I don’t know what to do now it has been more than 3 weeks now and no action from their side.

Can somebody please help me what to do now?
