Complaint regarding refund from Flipkart

I purchased two items from Flipcart and I cancelled one item before delivery of that Item from that order value Rs. 595 Flipcart sent me reply I will get my refund within 6 working days Now more than two weeks passed but Flipcart not. giving any reply to my mails, not returning my amount, how can inform to the concerned ministry or consumer court

please advice me .
