I have placed an order for a SAMSUNG GALAXY ON 7 phone and it was delivered to me on sep, 2016 and as the phone’s buttons were not working properly i requested for the replacement of the product according to the policy of flipkart on 11 sep, 2016. and the product’s pick up was scheduled for 17 sep which was not done and i called the customer care executive regarding the same via their helpline and i was informed that due to some technical reasons they were unable to pick up the product and they re-scheduled the pick-up for 21 sep which was not done again and after my regular complaints, it was re-scheduled again and again and due to the non-performance of their said work the pick-up was re-scheduled futher for 27 sep then 01 oct followed by 4 oct and still the pick up is not done.
I called the helpline time and again and informed them about the delay and they made several vague, useless and void promises again and again to solve the problem and take the pick-up as soon as possible but i have recieved only e-mails, phone calls and messages for the same and no action has been taken yet. on 5 oct, i tried calling the customer care 4 times but there was no response as it was informed by the computer that all the customer care executives are busy.
I first requested for the replacement but after so much of delay i just requested them to file the return and refund my amount as per their policy. I pray to the concerned authority to take effective actions and solve the problem as soon as possible.looking forward to a prompt action. thank you
