I bought a smartphone (Redmi 3s Prime) from flipkart through my debit card costing Rs 8999/- the phone was delivered to me on 20.09.2016 and was found defective on 21st morning itself, then i had a telephonic conversation with the customer care dept. of flipakart and they asked me to return back the product to their warehouse and assured me to refund the amount along with the courier charges. So i dispatched the defective item on 21st evening istelf through first flight courier services (LR No. U991M051686) paying Rs 206/- , though the item reached the warehouse their security guard refused to receive it and it was returned back to the courier hub. When i asked the team about the dillema happened the requested me to resend the product once again which i did but of no cause as it was denied by the security once again as i can see through the courier tracking , now the product is lying somewhere in the courier hub of firstflight bengaluru as it has not returned back to me yet .
After several mail and telephonic conversations with flipkart team they are not doing anything.

So i request you to take action against the problem caused .
