With this complaint i want to tell u about my complaint regarding a refunding problem from an online shopping site (flipkart). I,myself ordered a jacket on date 12/dec/2016 at 6:20 pm and prepaid rs.1795 through my debit card of Central Bank of India. My order was confirmed on the same day and same time. The very next day on date 13/dec/2016 at 5:28 pm, it was shipped and a tracking no. 593168902163 for my order was emailed to my email id by flipkart through their email id with name no-reply@flipkart.com. It was being delivered to me through a courier service company named Delhivery. And the same day on date 13/dec/2016 at 5:34 pm and i got the verification for the same was emailed from the flipkart with their email id by name no-reply@flipkart.com confirming that my order has been cancelled. Please note that it was shipped by the seller.

After that i also called on the flipkart toll free no. 1800 208 9898 and talked to one of their customer executive Ms. Anshi. She listened to my complaint and said that she has filed my complaint and assured me that they will initiate the refund process and i will get my money in my cbi account which i haven’t received till now.I also went to the respective branch and asked that if there have been any made refund to my account.

I talked several of the consumer executive after that but all in vain.I’m being harrased on daily basis.I don’t have that much time to call them again and again because i’m a student and i have to focus on my studies too.
Therefore i want you to look into the matter and solve this problem as soon as possible. I will be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness.
