I have received/ordered a mattress size 72×60, where as I want 78×60 size mattress. Intially they refused to take the return, but I registred a compliant on complaints board. They asked me to order for another matress of size 78 x 60 and they pickup the mattress for return. I have made a return request. The screen shots are enclosed. But the technical visit has not been happend and they not picked up the mattress. But they delivered the new matress . I paid for both mattresses. I need pick up and refund for my 72×60 matress.

It is very low quality of mattress ,pura babh gaya hai 6 months used only ,back is paining to much ,I want replacement or refund
