Some of my orders got canceled because of natural calamities (that’s what I have heard from the agents) but I was told that I will get the refund within 7 to 10 days of my refund request but it been more than 17 days that I didn’t get the refund like that. I contacted foodpanda service agents on chat and email still no help from their side and they deleted all the previous orders list from my account so that I cannot question them, but luckily I took the screenshot of those canceled orders.
