I had booked online flight booking through goibibo with travelling date 23feb(ahmedabad to goa) and 26feb(goa to ahmedabad). I cancelled these air tickets on 15th jan.and they promised to refund it within 5-14 days. even then they have not refunded in promised time. i called their refund team on 22nd jan that i need money. but they are making excuses. again i made call on 28 jan …again they are just saying will give refund in next 24-48 hrs.even i talked to their higher authority and he also promised to refund me in next 24hrs but again it was not.i am now very worried. If i had invested those 16000 rupees i had earned 1500-2000profit in 20 days….they are just doing the same with our money
