Complaint regarding refund from Go Ibibo

I have booked a bus ticket for 3 members on 23/07/17 cost Rs. 2145. Then I cancelled the ticket and send a request for refund my money they told to give my money back. But they won’t when I ask about my money they are telling we are sending your money within 7 days after they are telling within 2 days like this it’s going on but I didn’t receive my money yet. Please make a favour to get my money back.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
