I had booked flight tickets from GOIBIBO application on 28th August 2017 for journey in 27th November 2017.
Due to some personal reason I had to cancel the booking for which i talked to Indigo Airlines Customer Care. Later they had refunded the amount to GOIBIBO by 30th August 2017.
I inquired about tge refund from GOIBIBO by calling on its customer care. They stated that tge same shall bw recieved in 5-14 working days.
Again when I called them on 12th September they said that it was not initiated and they would be initiating it then.
Again i waitwd for 14 days and called them on 27th september. Since then i called them regularly for 3 days but had been recieving different excuses. One of the executed lied that indigo airlines had not refunded the amount to the GOIBIBO, and when i checked the same with Indigo Airlines they had done it as i have mentioned before.
Finally on 30th again i was promised that manual transfer was initiated and the amount will be recieved to my bank account by 4th October 2017.
I called them when i did not recieve the amount and they asked me to meet my Bank Executive to inquire.
I did the same and called them back to tell them that it was not recieved. Again they made an excuse saying that the amount was by mistake credited to my Go Cash wallet and they would be transferring it to my bank account in next 5-14 working days, though my app did not show any such amount in my GoCash wallet as well.
As per their policy i was suppose to recueve the amount in 5-14 working days but it is not recieved. Moreover they ask me to wait for another time period everytime i call them. I seek a remedy to recieve my amount back along with compensation.
