I had booked 3 flight tickets saperately in the month of may by HDFC Smartbuy website using my credit card. Due to operational reason the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself. They refunded the amount to goibibo immediately in 30 mins. I had called goibibo and they confirmed me within 3 hrs it will be transferred to HDFC SMartbuy account and i’ll receive a mail. I received the mail from goibibo which i was needed to forward to HDFC SMartbuy email id firstname.lastname@example.org along with the booking reference numbers.
I did as required on 20th June 2016. and i received a mail that it will be done in 48 hrs. Since then i have been calling HDFC Smartbuy customer care 18604253322
There are 3 people whom i have talked to Mr. Nxxxxh , Mr.Lxxxxxt and Ms. Sxxxxxa. They all have said only 1 statement don’t worry you will surely get your refund in 48 hrs, 72 hrs or 7 days whatever they felt good. when i demanded to talk to their senior, they said they have esclated to Mr. Dxxxxk their manager. But when i asked them to transfer the call to Dxxxxxk they always said he is not available on floor or he is on leave or they will arrange a call back. Never ever i received a call back ever till date. Sxxxxxxa told me on 27th Jun that in next 48hrs the refund will be credited in my account but it never happened. I have written around 15 mails to them but they have replied only to 4 mails with same content thank you for writng please give us 48, 72 hrs to asssit you.
