Complaint regarding refund from

Ordered one TV unit worth Rs 6,990 from housefull furniture online on 15th Oct 2015 & received confirmation on 18th of the same month. But the problem started after this, first they said that delivery would be around 26th of next month i.e. 26th Nov 2015 as the item is not in stock. What type of service they are offering!!! did they have only one or two piece in stock. Man you took the full amount & now you say you don’t have it in stock. This is clearly cheating to customers.

On 6 or 7th I received the call from housefull that as the item is still not in stock the ordered is cancelled & the amount will be refunded into my account within 7 days. but god knows when that 7 days would end. Every time I call they just say “refund is in process”. They are just cheating customers & making money. A strict action should be taken against them.
