Complaint regarding refund from indiacakes.com

Order No:- 1450042608 for birthday cake and gift, was placed on 29.07.2017 using company’s online website www.indiacakes.com .The amount of Rs 1900 was deducted from my bank account but transaction failed message shown in the website. Order has not been delivered and is now too late to be delivered. I have not received my refund, company has emailed coupon code of equivalent amount instead. As per the policy I am eligible to get my refund as bank deposit instead of coupon. Company’s service is unfriendly and I am helpless and unable to get my money back. Several reminders sent but no response from the company. Their email address is support[@]indiacakes.com
