I have booked an air ticket in Indigo airline on 19 oct 2016 for date of 10 dec 2016 from bhubneswar to new delhi and back. but when payment processing was going the message was sent on my mail that your transaction failed and payment will reverse after 3-4 working hours. After some time I contact sbi consumer care number they told me that payment will refund after some 40 day. then after 40 days i call them about the status they replied me that amount has been credit to indigo.
In the mid of this period I again booked a ticket for the same date and place. now again approach to indigo call centre regarding to payment. from the call centre it was told that your ticket is book, but they have not give me any pnr number and ticket on my mail. so the full paymet of the previouse ticket should refund.
