Complaint regarding refund from Jabong

This is in regard to my transaction with return and that you all have mailed me that the amount has been refunded and closed the request on 23rd July, 2016. Already 3 days have passed now but i haven’t received any amount in my bank account. I had already shared my bank details with you and they were absolutely correct. You people asked to contact the bank with the transaction id and on doing so, they said that the transaction id is fake. On contacting the customer care no., it is never responded even on being on hold for an hour and this has happened almost 7 times now. So much balance is also wasted as it isn’t a toll free no.. Moreover, there are no response to any mails that i have sent them. Is this the kind of service that you provide to the loyal customers. Herein, I am attaching the proof even. I request the India Consumer Forum to please help me in this regard.

    Customer confirms that she has received refund from Jabong. The complaint stands resolved.
