Complaint regarding refund from Jabong

Jabong is not ready to refund my money of RS.1781.50/- which was added as credit to my jabong account. they are saying amount got expired. there is no such policy mentioned anywhere that if credit is not used it will get expire. also it was not intimated to me that within one year i have to use my refund money. first of all they should not add customers refund money in credit section of jabong account if its going to expire. its not something jabong has added free of cost. its my refund money. I want my refund money back and they are denying to pay saying its been expired when there is no such policy in any site where merchant denies to pay customers refund money.Also there is no such policy listed on jabong site that refund amount should be used within one year
