I ordered an Hoodie on March 16th 2015 from Jackofallthreads website through online which was worth Rs.799/- by prepaying it via netbanking. I eventually cancelled the product & soon after sometime I got a confirmation message back from them too. As per there terms and conditions to initiate the refunds & cancellations would take in 72 hrs. But its been almost 10 days now yet there’s no single communication from them apart from sending a request reached out message. There service is horrible to such extent that the given mobile no. on website goes unanswerable through out the day & night & the mail id too follows the same suit!! I have become an victim like fellow consumers who have suffered from Jackofallthreads. I request ICF to take up the issue and credit me back my amount which is already been prepaid.
