Complaint regarding refund from Koovs

I had placed an order woth koovs for 2 tops. Then out of those for one I sent an exchange request and other I sent a refund request. Both were picked the same day. The exchange product was even received still there was no information about the returned one. When I called they said it is in quality check. After a whole week they mail me saying they received the wrong product and asked for acknowledgment slip.

I even sent that. Now I have sent 3 reminders and they did not answer. The amount of top to be refunded is Rs. 1007
It is our hard earned money and would not like such online sites to steal like this.
