I had booked a plot in Lavisa Planet in Chikkabelapur, Banagalore in 2010 from a developer called Lavisa Infrastructures Limited, Bangalore. They had promised they are building city and there will be top amenities like Golf Course, Lakes, temples, villas, etc. I have paid Rs. 334000 till now.
In June 2016 when I visited the chikkabellapur, I found there is no developments nor there is any amenities nor villas. Immediately I sent the cancellation letter and to refund the amount which I have paid in 2016. After that I sent many emails and called them to refund my amount. There is no proper response. I even called Managing Director, Sxxxj Sxxxxa, he gives false promises and now he does not pick the phone.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and appreciate your prompt reply.
