Complaint regarding refund from lenskart.com

I had purchase a Spectacle from www.lenskart.com on 05/11/2016, the product was delivered to me within the stipulated time and it was damaged, so i contaced them regarding the same and initiated the reverse pick up process on 11/11/2016. I got a message regarding the same that it will be picked up within 14/112016 but it was not the case. I had to call 2 times to initiate the reverse pick up process, The product was picked up on 17/11/2016 and was told to me that refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days, but it was not the case. I had to call them regarding the same but all they are giving excuses that they had not received the product yet. I had called them several time regarding the same but it looks like my voice is landing on deaf ears. kIndly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
