On 7th Nov.2016, I had ordered a pair of jeans from Limeroad.com, amount Rs.644 paid though net banking from my SBI Account. It was returned by me twice due to unmatched order and finally refund was sought on 18th Nov.2016. On Nov.21 2016, Limeroad sent me a mail, confirming they have already processed my refund and it is supposed to get reflected in my concerned account within 3-5 working days, Bank Reference No. being IGAAFMWQK4. Thereafter I am still waiting for the refund to be credited to my account but to no effect, already 11 days have elapsed. I have tried several times to reach them by mail and over phone but they are bypassing the issue every time stating either it is refunded or to contact the banker. When I contacted SBI customer care, they told me that a transaction can’t be verified like that simply by a reference no. Limeroad’s helpline no. is also useless as they don’t have IVR option to talk to an executive directly. Under this situation I want to lodge a complaint against Limeroad for not refunding the money and making people fool by their disgusting service.
