I had made a flight booking on makemytrip on the 19.02.16 for which i made the payment through payzapp the transaction detail given was but unfortunately the transaction had got declined and i immidiately called the payzapp customer service to verify regarding the same, but they said that the payment is succesfull from there end and i need to speak to makemytrip.

I called the customer care and lodged a complaint regarding the same and was given the complaint refference id as 160223-036299. Again i followed up with them regarding the same issue on the 23.02.16 and received a reply stating if you are not satisfied with the resolution can contact again after 7 days.

I patiently waited and on the 25.02.16 i spoke to floor supervisor mr. Mohit.Ken who had asked for the bank statement of mine over the email which was done on the same day and confirmed by them of receiving the mail over the phone.

Till date i have not received the refund of the transaction in my account after many repeated calls.
