Dear Sir/ma’am, This complaint regarding make my trip cancel ticket amount. Instead of returning me cancel amount transferred to e-wallet. am unable to transfer my amount to my bank account. this is unethical I have right on my money and make my trip can’t hold in the name of e-wallet. already I have lost some more money due to the expiry date. sir, i am not interested in book ticket using e-wallet. I have attached document for your reference.
