Complaint regarding refund from Makemytrip

I book my flight from Bangalore to Indore from MakeMyTrip in 100% refund category and now I cancelled my flight so the estimated price shown by MakeMyTrip was near 5000rs. Now i got there mail and now they are refunding only 800rs. Flight pnr PZSMYZ. Date of journey-30/06/2018.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
