In regards to subject, i had registered myself as free member on the above website. So eventually i got a mail from the website to upgrade to premium membership. Initially i had denied for the service however on repeated calls and giving extra benefits i had decided to go for Package costing Rs. 4500.
Once payment was done and using the service it was observed that many of the verbal commitments were just commitments and there was no such benefit passed on. So after repeated discussion with customer care, i had requested jainmatrimony.com to refund the fees on pro-data basis. Jainmatrimony.com customer care had replied that they will refund if you put a charge-back request with the credit card company. Accordingly i had made an charge-back request with credit card company. To my surprise the jainmatrimony.com personals had smartly denied the charge-back stating that the customer is still using the website. On calling the jainmatrimony.com customer care they are still saying that refund is under process/they have accepted the charge back etc but are not actually refunding the amount.
Even if you write on email@example.com they are still reply the same.
Not refunding and framing stuff for denial.
