I bought four products from a site named ‘mirraw’ and out of those four I returned 2 of the products. I even emailed them regarding the same several times. As per their procedure to return the product I was supposed to parcel the products to the provided address and then mail the tracking id of those parcels to them, I did that. I did every possible thing to get my money back but every time they send me an email saying that with in 7 days they will return the money and it’s already been 2 months. The amount is not that small , it’s approx INR 5500.
My order id is- M002133610 and the refund id which they created was -#929287. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
