Complaint regarding refund from

I placed an order with on 13th march, 2016. Order no. M876056051. Got the delivery on 21st march, 2016. One necklace and a pair of earrings from the seller named Anetra. The products were of very poor quality. So i emailed them stating that I would want to return them. They responded and gave me the return address. I sent them back immediately and it reached the seller on 28th march, 2016. Courier name: first flight, no. E991Q1608135. The customer care guy Mxxxxxh Rxxxxxxl assured me that my refund had been processed and it would reflect in my account within 12 business days. I already had given them my bank details. After that almost 22 days has passed. I have emailed them million number of times. They are saying the same thing and also extending the deadline by one week every time. One guy Saba Salmani informed me on 11th april, 2016 that they had initiated the refund on 4th april already and it would take 2-3 more days to get reflected in my account. then another man Dxxxxxxk Bxxxxxxxr said on 11th arpil it would get reflected on my account by 15th april.

I again mailed them. This time one agent Exxxa Pxxxxxxxa told me on 15th April that the refund had been initiated and it would be reflected within 72 hours. I again emailed after 72 hours, i.e. on 18th april, 2016. This time the same Exxxa Pxxxxxxa very politely asked me to provide my bank details. Naturally I was on the verge of my patience and I flipped out. they did not respond. Today, on 19th april, they emailed that the refund had been initiated and it would be reflected within 7-8 working days. I called them up twice in this 22 days. They made me wait for 20 minutes and then apologised and simply asking me to give more time.

This Mxxxxh Rxxxxxxl fellow also threatened to block my email id. They have also blocked me on the site and I can’t log in.
I am at my wit’s end and don’t know what to do. Please do help.
I am also thinking of filing a lawsuit and ask for compensation. I have attached screenshots of last email. However I have all the emails and I can furnish them as needed. Thank you.

    Dear Kuheli Das is playing the same dirty game with me. I ordered a saree of Rs12980 but they send me some other saree of Rs6100. Now they are not refunding my money. Plz mail me your updates. Now what to do? Can we file a legal case against them ? Plz inform me.
