Complaint regarding refund from Mobikwik

I had paid a bill of Rs.471 on 2 Aug’18. When I paid that amount an error screen had appeared on screen but amount debited from my bank account… 2nd time I had paid 471 then transaction successfully.. But still my 1st amount is not credited to my account.. Mobikwick helpline told me that refund aount has been credited within 15 days as per RBI Rule.. But still my query is not solved.. My amount is not credited till 12:00 mid night on 21.08.2018..

Sir kindly held me from that fraud company and take an action from them.. They are not liable.. Kindly help me as soon as possible
