I purchased 7 items from myntra on dated 03.07.16. and made debit payement of rupees 2254/- . Due to some size issue, i cancelled that transaction, and order almost same items with different size and opted for cash on delivery. I received those order in various part. Due to quality issue, i return 1 item out of it. On the day of pick up i received the payement. I didnot find any issue in cash on delivery payement mode. But i still didnot received the money that i payed through debit card (icici bank – nagar bazaar) which is my salary account. I called thrice to customer care, but they promised me with different words as “your all payement is made check your bank statement,” then “payement is made in parts.” . but in truth as per bank mini statement, no payement is made by myntra. i mailed to email@example.com with my refund id 129754495 and mini bank statement screenshot. But still they failed to reply me with proper information. Plz tell me what should i do. As i am working woman, and phone is not allowed inside the cabin, so i keep my phone in locker. So i provided my residential contact n.o. and this same n.o is register in myntra contact account.
