Complaint regarding refund from Myntra

I ordered Mast & Harbour bag on 11 July, on 14 july I received the shipment. When I opened it , it was a pair of roadster jeans which I never ordered . Then I placed the exchange so that I can return the jeans and get the bag, a delivery boy came with bag but he said he can’t give me bag in exchange of jeans. So I e-mailed myntra for return of money and sent all pictures of jeans with tags intact.

No action taken, then I again called myntra on 24th July, they filed a complaint and return is filed ,on action taken till 31st july. I again called customer care on 8043541999 they said they will take immediate action and delivery guy will come to take jeans back within 24 hours. It has been more than 24 hours and 3-4 times of complaining to them, nothing has been done my money is with them.

I’m so disgusted with the Myntra that I never want to order anything from it.They are taking me so non-seriously that I have e-mailed them so many times and called them, still they are ignoring me.

Please take strict action against such cheaters ,because I feel so cheated.I was assured so much last time that definitely in 24 hours it will be done but they have no plans to listen to their customers which they have cheated.

My amount which is to be refunded is Rs1237. Rs 517 was already in myntra wallet and 720 was paid by cash.
