About a month back, myntra.com suspended my app account with reasons that my returns are high and it clashes with their policy. The said they would refund my cash back in the account post an NOC.

Post which there were at least 20 trail mails out of which 10 were to copy paste a NOC that they had sent. Every time I sent an NOC there were more mails asking for the exact same thing from different executives. I got frustrated and wrote to them with screen shots. Today when I emailed them asking for an answer they came back with a new excuse saying there is a duplicate account and they can’t refund the amount immediately.

Now most of the products on an app are difficult to view exactly and they did have a 30 day no questions asked return policy, which they have forgotten . Its been more than a month and MYNTRA.COM owes me Rs.9750.
