Complaint regarding refund from myntra

Am online purchasing 2399 rupees in myntra website. Refund products but refund amount not credit my account on 2399 rupees. This product not good so refund before 14th April.but refund amount 2399 rupees not credit my account on myntra online shopping. He is share with me false transaction id or reference no. He is not refunding my money

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
