Complaint regarding refund from Nestaway

On 30th september 2016 in the evening me and my friend booked the Room with Nestaway by doing the online payment of 16500/- INR(Which includes 5500 as rent and two months security of 11000) on their online portal as their area manger Mr. Gxxxv Cxxxxxxy which is the official agent of nestaway told us to do after several phone calls and messages to me. He was continuously chasing me for that I have messages of him as a proof but when I move in there on 2nd of October 2016 I got to know he made me fool with wrong commitments so I canceled the booking on 3rd October 2016, according their policies if you canceled within the trial period( 3 days ) they will deduct 3 days rent and 999/- of renovation charges and rest of the amount you will get refunded in 3-4 working days and its been 12-13 days since my cancellation I haven’t receive any money from them and their customer care executives are giving me the fake excuses that your account has something wrong thats why we are not able to process your refund although this is the same account from which I have done the payment and they received it within a minute and when I checked on their Facebook page I found there are 100s of other people like me who are asking for refund and complaining about Nestaway’s frauds they are running a fraud company buy making people fool with wrong commitments and there are more people like me which haven’t receive refund from nestaway since months. Its my request to judiciary of India to act in this matter as soon as possible. I’m mentally disturbed by all this cause and depressed they have my 15000 to refund. I’m very disturbed by all this please help me out.
