Complaint regarding refund from Nextra broadband services

I had disconnected my broadband connection from M/s Nextra on 11 July 2016 and it has been four months since then and they have not refunded my security deposit yet. They have taken their wi-fi router from me and have given me just a receipt of the wi-fi router but have not given me my security deposit. The connection of services took just one day and disconnection has taken 4 months and still counting. All the requisite formalities have been done from my end however unnecessary delay is being done on M/s Nextra Part. On top of that they are messaging me that all my issues have been resolved when I am yet to receive the refund.
