Complaint regarding refund from OYO room booking

I booked an Oyo room on 04/03/2019 and cancelled it with few minutes due to some sudden changes in plan. I ask them for refund but I was told that refund is not possible. This is very unsatisfactory and disappointed. They didn’t even offer to make a partial refund. I think, I’m eligible of full refund . As help will be appreciated.
