Complaint regarding refund from Paulo Team

After cancellation of two trips to and fro from hyderabad to goa in 2015 the paulo team has converted my cancellation amount into paulo token of 7886 INR. I have requested them in 2016 to refund the amount and they asked me to give the transaction details for refund. I have given them all the details. But till now they have not refunded the amount. I have written several mails but they have not responded to it and now when I am trying to call them they are not picking the call also.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
