Complaint regarding refund from PayTM

On 1st of March around 8 pm i buy four flight tickets of Rs.39284/- from PAYTM. I paid it through my debit card. After some time my booking was cancelled by Paytm. Only Rs. 9834/- has been refunded to my paytm wallet. Paytm said the rest of the money will be sent to the bank account direct and it will take 7-14 days to reflect. But already 32 days gone but i did not get my money back. They asked me to contact bank. I contacted and they said the fault is from paytm side. I contacted paytm care several times but not get any positive response. The customer care service make me more frustated. My 29450 rupees is stucked and they are just ignoring my request. I am getting harassed for last few days. Please help me. I am from middle class family and i burrowed that huge money from my friend. Please solve the issue.
