Refund not received from PayTM. Whenever I tried to contact them for reverse pickup they harrased me me by replying we are working on the issue.
Moreover they also claim some documents which is nowhere defined in their return policy like PAN CARD, AADHAAR no, multiple image of the product displaying product IMEI/SERIL NO/ BARCODE.
Though i already produce this details, still there is no initiation/communication for reverse pickup for refund initiation. (At the time of product purchased i already confirmed from their executive that my area code comes under reverse pickup)
They are not saying directly but from tone of their executive one can clearly draw the conclusion that they are reluctant to process the refund request and reverse pickup due to product is little bit costly.
They are violating their policy.
I am at a loss. Please help me to resolve my issues.
